The Honesty Box
I am excited to be opening a new Honesty Box at the start of the year, bringing fresh, homemade bakes to Abernyte and the surrounding area.
The Honesty Box is a little corner of Bunny Bakes where you can find a selection of freshly baked treats each week. It runs on trust—you choose what you’d like and leave payment in the box.
Along with the baked goods you will find a thermos with hot water and a small range of teas in case you want to enjoy your cake right away with a hot drink. Flavours and bakes change regularly, so there’s always something new to discover.
It’s a simple, convenient way to enjoy homemade breads, sweet treats, and savoury bakes without needing to place an order in advance. I'm excited to see it become a small, friendly part of the community, bringing a bit of everyday joy to anyone who stops by.

Where to find it
The box is located just outside South Lochton Estate, at the top of the hill shortly after the turnoff to Balbeggie, at the intersection of two small roads: one that takes you to longforgan and one that takes you to Ballo Woods.
Please be mindful of the fact that the land beyond the gate is private property.
