Welcome to Bunny Bakes! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via our website.
1.2. Bunny Bakes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Ordering
2.1. Orders can be placed through our email bunnybakes.scotland@gmail.com
2.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bunny Bakes.
2.3. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in pounds and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via Bank Transfer, Paypal or a secure card payment link.
3.3. We accept payment via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer and PayPal.

4. Custom Cakes
4.1. Custom cake orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
4.2. Specific design and flavour requests should be provided in detail at the time of ordering.
4.3. We will strive to match the requested designs and flavours as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur.

5. Delivery and Pickup
5.1. We offer free delivery within Abernyte area and delivery to any home address within Dundee city for a cost of 20p per mile.
5.2. Custom cake orders outside of Dundee are considered, but mileage price may increase depending on distance.
5.3. Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up their orders at our Abernyte HQ (full address will be given upon placing order).
5.4. Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. All orders except for custom cakes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date for a full refund.
6.2 Cancellations for custom cake orders are not allowed. If you need to change the date of your order, please contact us at least 3 days before the originally scheduled delivery or pickup date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6.3. Refunds are not available for orders cancelled less than 48hrs before the delivery or pickup date.
6.4 In extenuating circumstances, we may allow cancellations within the 48-hour period before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Instead of a refund, the client will be issued a credit note to use on future orders.
6.5. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
7.1. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
7.2. While we take utmost care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen processes various allergens such as soy and nuts, and we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of allergens.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
